2007 BMW Z4 M Coupe

With the E46 M3's fantastic inline-six (making 330 hp) and limited-slip differential, but with hundreds of pounds less weight to haul around, this coupe will accelerate from 0-60 in less than 5 seconds. BMW measures the M Coupe's weight at just over 3100 lbs, which is 150 lbs heavier than the 295-hp Porsche Cayman S. That makes the Z4 M Coupe's power-to-weight ratio 8 percent better than the Porsche's.

Enthusiasts have complained (as they should) about all the technology engineered in recent BMW cars, and somebody at the M division has answered with the M Coupe.  This is a raw sports car returning to the BMW Motorsport tradition, a simple sports car ready for the daily ride to work and a trip to the track on weekends.

Here at Motor Werke, we have decided to take it a step further on this car and look for some room to improve…..
