Having recently moved to Kelowna, I was looking for a reliable and reputable BMW service center.
After a lot of research and several phone calls later, I was fortunate enough to speak with Chris at Motor Werke. We have been clients since.

2002 325i
I was so excited about my first BMW and I knew I could trust Chris and his team to provide excellent service.
My previously loved BMW needed an inspection before I finalized the purchase. Chris scheduled an appointment for me on very short notice, yet was very thorough during the pre-purchase inspection.
Chris investigated each of my concerns and then even showed me what needed work. Once the deal was sealed, Chris inspected the vehicle again to verify that all recommended repairs were completed.
I've never had that kind of honest service! I have already recommended other friends to Motor Werke.

Knowledgeable. Honest. Amicable. While other technicians and workshops may posses one or two of these traits, none I've encountered have blended all three as seamlessly and professionally as Chris, Matthew, and the team at Motor Werke.
Having known Matthew and Chris for years, I can attest to the fact that Motor Werke takes a "long view" with their customers - ensuring that the experience is positive for the customer, and that they are happy to return. 2002 Mini Cooper
My Mini Cooper is #51 of the first 500 that came into North America when the Mini was reintroduced into North America in 2002. It is a “numbered” vehicle from Mini, and I have had it since brand new. The attention the car had for the first year was nothing short of amazing.
I had an original mini when I was 18 and this car is sooooo much more than the original mini, it is mind altering. To say that I am fussy about my car is true ,and I am fussy about who services it as well.
I found a card from Chris on my windshield one day while out shopping, and later spoke to Chris about servicing the Mini and our X5. Chris has now serviced both vehicles for about 2 years and I have found his company and Chris to be very attentive to the job at hand . It gives me a great deal of confidence in putting my vehicles into Chris’s hands and I know he stands behind his work, and is always ready to go the extra mile to help when servicing is required.
The cost of servicing is reasonable compared to the local dealer, and done more to my satisfaction as well. The fact that Chris and his staff are BMW trained, makes all the difference to me, and I will continue to have Motor Werke service my vehicles into the future.
