One challenge in our industry is the public perception that repair shops are only out to separate people from their money. This is frustrating for us, but more importantly, it’s saddening to see clients who are jaded by previous bad experiences with auto repair shops.

The holiday season can be a magical time of year with extra time to spend with those we hold dearest. It can also be fraught with stress as we attempt to get from place to place, searching for the perfect gift or planning the perfect party.
